  • Try to mention what you are advertising as well as where the property is located. (City & State)
e.g. 1001 - Industrial Building For Sale in City State
  • Precede your title with your ID number to keep properties in order on your 'Agent Profile' page.
  • The title you use for your ad may be up to 80 characters long.

Picture Guidelines & Tips

The image manager can only accept and automatically resize pictures up to 700 dpi in width. Please resize larger pictures accordingly before uploading. The system accepts many image formats - and most image programs support the popular '.jpg' format which works well on our system.

To resize a picture, or save it in a different format please use your photo editor to resize or resample the picture and then save it as the type of image you would like to use.

TIP - With most digital cameras you can save images in '.jpg' format at the 640 width setting to save yourself a step.

TIP - The presentation width is 500dpi - resize your photos to this width for best viewing in this application. - 640 width photos present very well on our system.

Tip - Add any text overlays to your picture "AFTER" resizing it to the correct size.

Tips For Improved Text Appearance

When you input ads you will find four types of entry fields. Required Fields Are Marked and the General Description Field will always appear in your listings -- Other than these fields ALL OTHER FIELDS ARE OPTIONAL and may be used or left blank.

With just a little practice you will become more familiar with how to best present your ad - Use the "preview listing" option to see the ad and decide what you wish to change.

Checkboxes - Check All Boxes Which Apply... It is important to remember that selecting the proper "Class" & "Category" selections will send your ads to the appropriate websites and category searches.

Drop Down Menus - Select only one option from these lists.

Text Fields - These are one line fields which allow you to input a single line of information. Keep Them Short For Best Performance.

Text Boxes - These are multi-line boxes for longer descriptions. You may type as much information as you need within these boxes.

TIPS FOR MULTI-LINE BOXES

1. The separate entry titles or "Field Titles" appear Bolded on the listings and your description begins immediately after these field titles.

2. Hitting the ENTER key on your keyboard to insert a "Line Break" works within these fields. You can also follow a line with <br> to force a line break.

3. If you wish to highlight words within your listing you can USE ALL CAPS or use the following switches. -- Make Sure You turn them back off with the corresponding "off" switch.

  • <b> Bolds Anything Which Follows
  • </b> Turns Off The Bold Switch
  • <i> Italicizes Anything Which Follows
  • </i> Turns Off The Italics Switch

Tip - If your listing is all bold or bold from a certain point on check the field where you started the bold and check to make sure you placed it's "off" switch in the appropriate location.

Example - By using these HTML tags in your entry, you can greatly control the appearance of text in textbox fields within your ad.

The following line...

<b>Bolds </b>Un-Bolds <i>Italicizes </i>Un-Italicizes <b><i>Both Bolds & Italicizes</b></i>Turns it all off!<br>New Line<br><br>Another New Line - Example Finished.

Produces the following lines in your ad...

Bolds Un-Bolds Italicizes Un-Italicizes Both Bolds & Italicizes Turns it all off!
New Line

Another New Line - Example Finished.
